I will tune-up and clean your energy field! (Or at least the biggest factors at present in relation to your stated goal.) Session is via phone for 1 hour plus an additional 30 minutes in absentia before and/or after the call as needed. You may shorten the call length or even choose complete in absentia work with no call. Please specify in your notes when booking. Your booking form is the beginning of your session! To give your session the focus it needs, write down ONE very specific goal (what you want) and issue (what you don’t want) description. Write it down as if we won’t be talking about it further. If you rush through the description with the attitude that you can explain further when we get on the phone, you’ll miss out a bit! Be ready to SHIFT! Be well hydrated. Plan for rest and other self care measures. For best results, I recommend 5 Energy Therapy Sessions within a 2 month period. I may recommend shortened call times if talking produces increased stress or you are unable to participate in the call for any reason. In the event you must miss or shorten your call, I will complete the session in absentia. In absentia work may or may not come with an e-mail report and post session communication is at my discretion. This is an Energy Therapy session and may come with a VERY BASIC exploration of underlying issues, teaching and recommendations for change from a BASIC practical humanistic viewpoint.
